The Perry Central Commodores stayed in it until the end, but Forest Park pulled away late in a 3-1 victory on Monday. The game was tied at one with Forest Park batting in the top of the sixth when Avery Riley singled on a 3-2 count, scoring two runs.

The Forest Park Rangers defeated the Southridge Raiders on Thursday night at League Stadium. The Rangers scored solo runs in the sixth and seventh inning for the 2-0 victory.
Southridge had three hits on the evening, one each by Carter Whitehead Mickey Uebelhor and Blake Taylor (double). Forest Park had five hits on the evening. Drew Howard, Clayton Weisheit, Joel Beultel (double), Brody Klem, and Landon Marks each had one eight apiece. The Southridge Raiders started Mickey Uebelhor on the mound. He pitched five innings, striking out seven and walking too. Trey Vanmeter took a loss on the mound. Forest Park's Clayton Whiteside got the win for the Rangers He pitched six innings, striking out six and walking three. Drew Howard came in to get the save in the last inning. The Raiders were back in action on Tuesday against South Spencer on Thursday at League Stadium. The Rangers will be out back in action on Saturday against the Province Pioneers at home. |
