The #1 ranked Forest Park Rangers defeated Loogootee 6-0 on Monday as three pitchers combined to throw a shutout. Clayton Weisheit struck out Parker Arvin to finish off the game.
The Rangers secured the victory thanks to four runs in the second inning. Forest Park Varsity put the pressure on, lead by a walk by Reid Howard, a groundout by Tyler Fetter, and an error on a ball put in play by Weisheit.
