The Forest Park Rangers fell behind early and couldn't come back in a 19-2 loss to North Daviess on Saturday. The North Daviess Cougars scored on a sacrifice fly by Ocie Pershing and a single by Madelyn Knepp in the first inning.

North Daviess opened up scoring in the first inning, when Pershing's sac fly scored one run for the Cougars.
North Daviess scored seven runs in the third inning. Danicka Laramore, Tori Smith, Nicole Reed, Haley Graber, and Kasey Freed each drove in runs during the inning.
Lily Graber got the win for North Daviess. The righty allowed three hits and two runs over five innings, striking out two and walking one.
Brooke Rasche was on the the starting pitcher for Forest Park. She surrendered seven runs on nine hits over four innings, striking out one. Avery Riley threw one inning out of the bullpen.
Madison Lindauer, Kaelyn Backer, and Rasche each collected one hit to lead Forest Park.
